Terms of Use
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the websites owned and operated by LendBug LLC (“LendBug,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including www.lendbug.com and our online application at apply.lendbug.com (together, the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We may change these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Please check them each time you use the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
Financing applications and offers
Nothing on the Site is an offer, commitment, or guarantee to provide financing of any kind. Amounts, terms, payment structures, and funding times described on the Site are for general information only. They are not an approval or a quote, and they may change at any time without notice.
All financing is subject to application, underwriting, and approval. Our decision is based on criteria that include, but are not limited to, business and personal credit history, time in business, cash flow, revenue consistency, and industry. Submitting an application does not obligate LendBug to provide financing.
Any financing that is approved is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by you and LendBug. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
LendBug provides business financing for commercial purposes only. A revenue-based funding agreement is the purchase of a specified amount of a business’s future receivables at a discount. It is not a loan, and amounts remitted under it are not interest.
LendBug does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and nothing on the Site should be relied on as such. Using the Site does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, or similar relationship between you and LendBug.
Intellectual property
The content of the Site, including text, graphics, designs, logos, trade dress, trademarks, and service marks (the “Content”), is owned by LendBug or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view and keep a copy of pages of the Site for your own use, and use documents from the Site solely to do business with LendBug. You may not otherwise copy, publish, modify, distribute, or exploit the Site or any part of it for a public or commercial purpose without our written consent, and you may not remove any trademark or proprietary notice. Requests for consent should be sent to info@lendbug.com.
As long as you comply with these Terms, LendBug grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Site.
Site security
As a condition of using the Site, you agree not to, and not to attempt to: (i) use any automated means to access the Site other than for personal, non-commercial use; (ii) access data not intended for you; (iii) obtain personal information about any other user of the Site; (iv) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or our systems, or breach any security or authentication measure; (v) interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by submitting malicious code, overloading, flooding, or spamming; or (vi) use the Site to send unsolicited advertising. Any of these ends your right to use the Site and may result in civil or criminal liability.
LendBug does not review or control third-party websites that link to or from the Site and is not responsible for their content.
Age
The Site is intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly offer financing to, or collect personal information from, anyone under 18.
Disclaimer
The Site and its Content are provided “as is.” LendBug does not promise that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that files you download will be free of viruses. The Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LendBug disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LendBug will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Site, even if LendBug has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any claim relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Site and explains how we handle the information you give us.
Consent to electronic communications
By using the Site, you consent to receive documents, disclosures, and notices from us electronically, including by email and on the Site. Electronic documents and disclosures have the same legal effect as paper ones, and your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature. You need a valid email address and an internet connection to receive them, and a printer or storage space to keep copies.
You may withdraw this consent, request a paper copy of any document, or update your email address at any time by calling 212-763-3325 or emailing info@lendbug.com. If we change these electronic-communication terms, we will give you advance notice.
How we communicate with you
You agree that LendBug and its service providers may contact you about your application, your account, and any agreement with us, at the phone numbers and email addresses you provide, including by call, email, and text message. Where you have given the consent the law requires, those calls and texts may use automated technology. We may monitor and record calls with you or anyone acting for you for quality and training purposes.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive messages from LendBug LLC. These may include application status updates, document requests, account notifications, customer-care messages, and, where you have separately consented, marketing and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact info@lendbug.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of obtaining financing. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LendBug from any losses, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising from your use of the Site or the Content, or your breach of these Terms. LendBug may, at your expense, assume or participate in the defense of any such claim.

We protect the personal and business information you submit through an application as described in our Privacy Policy. Any other material you send us through the Site or by email, such as questions, comments, or suggestions, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
If you disagree with these terms
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.
